Leo Cytrynbaum, MD, MBA
Leo has worked as a physician for 26 years while transitioning to other projects including commercial real estate. He served as the founding board president of a health insurance company – Agate Resources – that was sold to a Fortune 500 company and yielded a 120X cash return. He also founded a biotechnology company – HepaPharm – that yielded a 90X stock-for-stock return to investors. He assisted with the sale of a $30 million medical practice. His current focus is medical real estate partnerships and investments.

Jacob Cytrynbaum
Jacob graduated from Williams College with highest honors. He has connected with experts within the healthcare, banking, and real estate industries and currently focuses his professional time exclusively on building and managing Fall Creek’s health care real estate portfolio. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and coaches wrestling.
